WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A WEDDING SUITE

Ever wonder about what to include in your wedding suite?
Here’s a list of pieces and components that contribute creating a complete suite for your wedding.

1. Save the date

Save the date is an informal wedding announcement in which you inform your guests of your important date so that they do not make other plans. Especially if they are traveling from out of town and must make travel arrangements.

2. Vellum paper

This is a smooth and semi-transparent paper that, thanks to an overlapping game, gives your invitations the dreamy glow and gentle look you were looking for. Click here for more details.

3. RECEPTION CARD

The Reception invitation informs your guests about the location of the Reception and distinguishes those who will attend the ceremony from those who will also be invited to celebrate afterward.

4. CEREMONY CARD

With the ceremony invitation, you officially announce your wedding to friends and relatives, who can come and attend the ceremony if they wish, but not the reception, which requires a separate invitation.

5. BELLY BAND

This small paper band (or translucent paper) is designed to wrap around and hold all of the components of your suite inside the envelope together while adding a classy touch.

6. RSVP

From French “Repondez, s’il vous plaît“. Your guests will mail back their reply on this card and is often used to include additional information such as food intolerances or allergies of your guests.

7. GIFT REGISTRY CARD

The gift registry card’s purpose is to make it easier for your guests to know where to look for your wedding gifts. It could be a shopping list from one or more stores, or it could be a request for a small contribution to the honeymoon.

8. WEDDING PROGRAM

The wedding program includes all of the details of your wedding. It usually includes a list of the times and events of the wedding day/weekend, as well as any other pertinent information about the event.

9. MAP

If the reception location is far from the ceremony, or if the majority of your guests are unfamiliar with the route, you will need a wedding day map with locations, itineraries, and directions.

10. Liner

The envelope liner is a decorative paper cover that is accurately cut to perfectly fit inside the envelope. There are various patterns to choose from, each of which adds a unique look to your suite.

11. ENVELOPE ADDRESSING

After selecting your preferred envelope, you can personalize it with the names and addresses of your guests, impressing them with refined and elegant calligraphy.

12. WAX SEAL

Many of our invitations are customizable with wax seal stamps. The stamps used to create the seals can be custom-made or you can use an already-pronto design. Click here to find out more.

1. MASS BOOKLET

To be placed on the church pews or on the seats at your venue, these booklets allow your guests to better follow your ceremony. The chosen readings and ceremony formulas will be obviously contained within them.

2. VOWS

The most engaging moment of the ceremony is undoubtedly the exchange of vows. If you have prepared a very long text, or simply fear that the emotion will play tricks on you, these books will collect all your thoughts without leaving anything to chance.

3. PAPER FAN

Are you planning a wedding on a hot summer day? The folding fan is a must-have item for outdoor and summer wedding ceremonies. We customize beautiful handmade fans for the occasion for you, printed, assembled, and ready to use.

4. PROGRAM FAN

The fan will be a welcome gift for all of your guests who will need some relief from the summer heat during the ceremony, but this special version will also allow you to entertain your guests with personalized wedding details.

5. DAILY PROGRAM

The wedding daily program contains all of the wedding day’s details. It usually includes the day’s schedule and any other useful information that will make your guests feel more involved.

6. RICE CONES

One of the most beautiful moments for all of your guests, young and old, is throwing rice to the bride and groom as they leave the church. Our rice cones are fully customizable, to be filled with your desired contents to add another special moment to your ceremony.

7. CONFETTI POUCHES

Your guests will be looking forward to the traditional rain of rice, but for couples who prefer to throw confetti or rose petals at the end of the ceremony, these practical pouches are the ideal alternative for those looking for something unique and different.

1. Menu

Sitting at the table, the menu and its list of dishes ready to impress the palate will provide the first taste of the evening. Our customizable menus allow you to anticipate the wonderful banquet that awaits your guests.

2. TABLE NUMBER CARDS

During the reception, it’s essential to indicate each guest which table to sit at and where to find that table in the room so that they do not get lost looking for it. It can be personalized with a name of your choice, or simply with a number.

3. PLACE CARDS

The place card directs your guests to where they should sit. Nothing makes a guest happier than finding his name in the place that has been specially designated for him.

4. CONFETTI TAG

From white almond candies to the latest pralines offered in the most delicious variations, don’t forget to stock the “sweet table” with tags / cards that show the flavors and types of your sweets for guests.

5. TABLEAU CARDS

These cards, one for each table and personalized with the names of the guests, creatively replace the traditional table map on a static poster board. It’s up to you whether to hang, lean, or glue them to the support of your choice.

6. FAVOR TAGS

Whether you choose traditional paper boxes, organza bags, or something more unique, turn your wedding favors into thoughtful gifts for your guests by simply adding a personalized card with your names and wedding date printed on it.

7. CLASSIC TABLEAU

The traditional tableau is a static panel that displays the names of the guests, divided by table. It is responsible for orienting your guests within the reception area and directing them to the table reserved for them. Ideal for those who appreciate simplicity and elegance.

8. SPARKLER TAGS

The cutting of the cake is usually one of the most evocative moments of the day. Why not add a personal touch to make it even more special? Distribute elegant sparklers with personalized tags to your guests to be lit during the cake cutting. Everything will be even more enchanted!

9. WINE LABEL

Make your drinks stand out on the table with an original touch: a fine label easy to apply, personalized with your names, wedding date, or message that will make your special event even more exclusive.

Bring your vision to life! Personalize your favourite suite.
